I spent over two decades leading global teams and complex programmes at multinational organisations across Europe and the USA. What I learned is that technical expertise alone never determines success — it is emotional intelligence, communication clarity, and self-awareness that separate good leaders from transformational ones.
That conviction drove me into research, into EI certification, and into doctoral study. I now bridge the executive and academic worlds: bringing lived leadership experience into the classroom, and bringing scientific rigour into practice.
