I bring 20+ years of real executive experience at leading multinational organisations directly into the classroom — making complex concepts practical and directly applicable for students and professionals.
Accredited training in four certified disciplines: Emotional Intelligence (Goleman's 12-competency model), Process Communication Model® (PCM®), Emotional Assertiveness (John Parr model), and NLP (IANLP Master level). Available as standalone workshops or combined development programmes for individuals, teams, or organisations. Delivered in person or virtually.
One-on-one coaching for executives and senior leaders navigating career transitions, performance challenges, team dynamics, or personal development goals. Drawing on my experience as a Personal Development Counselor & Trainer (ANC certified), NLP Master Practitioner, and EI Specialist — alongside direct experience as a Senior Manager at global corporations.
Engaging keynote presentations on EI, leadership, PCM® communication, and the future of leadership in remote and algorithmically-mediated organisations.
